Because our products involve custom engineering, physical installation, and integration into your property’s plumbing network, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns, refunds, and warranties.

Please read the following policies carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Return & Refund Policy

Due to the technical and sanitary nature of our water treatment systems, all sales are final. Once an order has been delivered and installed, the products are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or buyer’s remorse after the system has been integrated into your property.

2. Installation, Proof of Delivery, and Transfer of Liability

Pure Water X utilizes our own certified, in-house technical team for all deliveries and installations to ensure the highest quality standards. We do not use third-party platform installers.

  • The Sign-Off Process: Upon completion of the installation, you (or your authorized representative) will be asked to inspect the system to ensure it is functioning perfectly and there are no leaks or visible issues. You will then be required to sign a formal, stamped Completion and Proof of Delivery (POD) document.
  • Transfer of Liability: By signing this document, you confirm that the system was installed correctly and is fully operational. From the exact moment our technical team completes the installation and leaves the premises, 100% of the liability and responsibility for the physical integrity of the system transfers to the customer.

3. Warranty and Liability Disclaimer

Pure Water X Water Treatment Equipment LLC provides a 3-year limited warranty for all Point of Entry Solutions supplied by the company. This warranty exclusively covers defects, malfunctions, or failures that are directly attributable to manufacturing defects, material defects, or errors for which Pure Water X Water Treatment Equipment LLC is responsible.

  • Conditions of Warranty: This warranty applies only to products operated under normal and intended conditions. It does not cover damages or failures resulting from improper installation by third parties, misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, inadequate maintenance, unsuitable operating conditions, poor water quality, external environmental factors, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Pure Water X Water Treatment Equipment LLC.
  • Performance Disclaimer: All information, specifications, performance estimates, and recommendations presented in our documentation are provided in good faith and are based on data believed to be reliable. Actual performance may vary depending on factors such as water quality, water pressure, temperature, consumption levels, installation conditions, maintenance practices, and other operational or environmental variables. Except for the above-mentioned 3-year limited warranty, the information contained in our materials shall not be interpreted as an additional warranty, performance guarantee, or assurance of specific results.
  • Right to Modify: Pure Water X Water Treatment Equipment LLC reserves the right to modify product specifications, technical details, and product designs without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pure Water X Water Treatment Equipment LLC, including its owners, directors, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, and partners, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, property damage, business interruption, replacement costs, operational downtime, personal injury, or any other losses, claims, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, misuse, modification, application, or inability to use its products, regardless of the cause and regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that the purchase, installation, and operation of all products supplied by Pure Water X Water Treatment Equipment LLC are undertaken at the customer’s own responsibility and risk. Pure Water X Water Treatment Equipment LLC shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages, losses, claims, or liabilities arising from circumstances beyond its direct control, improper use, third-party intervention, failure to follow operating instructions, or any conditions outside the intended use of the products.

5. System Relocation (Non-Transferable Clause)

Pure Water X systems are non-transferable.

  • If you decide to move out of your current villa or property, free relocation of the system is not included. * If you wish to take the system to your new property, you must book a new, paid re-installation service directly through Pure Water X.
  • Attempting to uninstall and move the system yourself or using a third-party moving company/plumber will automatically void your 3-Year Warranty.

6. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival

In the highly unlikely event that our technicians arrive with a system that is damaged during transit, or if a defect is identified during the installation process before the sign-off, our team will immediately halt the installation and replace the defective unit with a brand-new system at no additional cost or delay to you.
