Pure Water X provides water treatment equipment, filtration systems, water quality improvement systems, water disinfection systems, installation services, maintenance services, and technical support.

Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on installation conditions and system configuration.

 

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.

Pure Water X reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Full payment must be completed before delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Customers must ensure:

u2022Proper access to installation location

u2022Suitable plumbing and electrical connections

u2022Adequate space for equipment

u2022Water pressure within recommended range

Additional plumbing, electrical work, or modifications are not included unless explicitly stated.

 

Systems require periodic maintenance, filter replacement, and proper operation to function correctly.

Pure Water X is not responsible for system performance if:

u2022Maintenance is not performed

u2022Filters are not replaced

u2022System is modified by third parties

u2022System is used outside recommended operating conditions

 

 

The three (3) year limited warranty applies strictly to hardware deployed and operated under normal, intended operational conditions. The warranty explicitly excludes, and Pure Water X Water Treatment Equipment LLC shall have no liability for, any damages, system degradation, or operational failures resulting from:

 

Improper or unauthorized installation conducted by third parties or uncertified contractors.

 

Intentional misuse, user negligence, lack of adequate routine maintenance, or unauthorized system modifications.

 

Volatile incoming water pressure, sub-standard source water quality, or extreme environmental factors.

 

Force majeure events, acts of God, or any external circumstances beyond the direct, reasonable control of the company.

 

All technical specifications, performance estimates, and recommendations presented across this platform are provided in good faith based on standardized testing data. Actual performance metrics, filtration efficiency, and output quality may fluctuate depending on localized operational variables, including incoming water pressure, chemical composition of source water, temperature, and consumption volume.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, Pure Water X Water Treatment Equipment LLCu2014including its owners, directors, officers, corporate representatives, employees, agents, and affiliatesu2014shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any nature whatsoever.

 

This comprehensive limitation of liability applies strictly and without limitation to:

 

Loss of profits, loss of revenue, operational downtime, or business interruption.

 

Incidental, special, or consequential property damage, structural water damage, or replacement utility costs.

 

Personal injury, medical complications, illnesses, or death arising out of or relating to the purchase, third-party installation, application, operation, maintenance, misuse, or inability to use its water treatment systems.

 

The customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that the acquisition, installation orchestration, and operational deployment of all products supplied by the company are undertaken solely at the customeru2019s own responsibility, discretion, and risk. Pure Water X Water Treatment Equipment LLC disclaims all liabilities arising from third-party intervention, structural plumbing variables outside its direct control, or deviations from standard product deployment protocols. The company reserves the explicit right to modify product components, technical designs, and structural specifications without prior public notification.

 

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product:

u2022Has not been installed

u2022Is unused

u2022Is in original packaging

Installed systems and custom-built systems are non-refundable.

Installation and service fees are non-refundable once completed.

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

 

Pure Water X reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
