Pure Water X provides water treatment equipment, filtration systems, water quality improvement systems, water disinfection systems, installation services, maintenance services, and technical support.

Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on installation conditions and system configuration.

 

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.

Pure Water X reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Full payment must be completed before delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Customers must ensure:

•Proper access to installation location

•Suitable plumbing and electrical connections

•Adequate space for equipment

•Water pressure within recommended range

Additional plumbing, electrical work, or modifications are not included unless explicitly stated.

 

Systems require periodic maintenance, filter replacement, and proper operation to function correctly.

Pure Water X is not responsible for system performance if:

•Maintenance is not performed

•Filters are not replaced

•System is modified by third parties

•System is used outside recommended operating conditions

 

Warranty terms vary by product and will be specified in quotation, invoice, or product documentation.

Warranty does not cover:

•Improper installation by third parties

•Incorrect operation

•Water quality outside design parameters

•Pressure fluctuations

•Electrical issues

•Normal wear and tear

•Lack of maintenance

•Force majeure events

 

The information, specifications, performance estimates, and recommendations presented in this document are provided by Pure Water X – Water Treatment Equipment LLC in good faith and are based on data believed to be reliable. However, actual performance may vary depending on factors such as water quality, water pressure, temperature, consumption levels, installation conditions, and other operational or environmental variables.

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product:

•Has not been installed

•Is unused

•Is in original packaging

Installed systems and custom-built systems are non-refundable.

Installation and service fees are non-refundable once completed.

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

 

Pure Water X reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
